I have been suffering for three months with no relief, but a friend recently suggested trying herbal remedies. She suggested I look for horse chesnut and butchers broom, so I bought "Calmovil" from which includes those two ingredients. She also suggested taking flax oil which helps with regularity. I have been taking these for two days and already my symptoms seem gone! So I just thought I would share encouragement that these types of herbs (horse chesnut, butcher's broom, cayenne pepper) have helped me enourmously. I'll update after a few weeks.

The horse chestnut tree, also known as the Spanish chestnut, often produces one to three large seeds called nuts once a year. Only a careful treatment of the nut can yield the needed therapeutic substance called aescin.
